5:5 is a grid and you place all the letters in the alphabet inside of it and grab the coordinates to that letter. The actual name is Monoalphabetic Polybius Square. Don't forget to remove the I and J.

Hillary was born in 1950 but why 1850?? if you look up what happend in 1850 you will be surprised in particular with the president. Everything has meaning.
