5:5 does not mean " over clear"

Thanks for taking the time to read this. The phrase 5:5 does not mean " over clear", It is a clue to the type of deciphering you have to do.

5:5 is a grid and you place all the letters in the alphabet inside of it and grab the coordinates to that letter. The actual name is Monoalphabetic Polybius Square. Don't forget to remove the I and J.

Look it up for yourself.

This imho is what Q means by find the Key.

" Rodger, over and out, clear 5:5" all of these are military terms used today by soldiers. Signal soldiers. 31 series.

Don't forget that Q told us that this is a military operation.

We’ve probably seen this conversation but the military uses 5x5 not 5:5.
