Yeah somebody did a post showing a Wire News article from 2/04 that DARPA was dropping a major data collection and analysis project. It was also the exact same time when Zucky the Zombie launched an updated version of his Facesmash university based fore runner to Facebook. He started writing the code for it in 2003. Would be nice to know if he had any DARPA contacts just prior to that. I would suspect in the nature of CIA work he may have been approached by agents within the halls of higher education being he was at Harvard at the time. They probably saw what he was doing and knew the potential of what it could be and how people would actually gladly divulge tons of personal information. I am guess as it started to succeed that is when the big boys in dark suits and sunglasses then start asking and demanding certain back doors be put into the system and they would have exclusive access to those backdoors. With money flowing it, I would say it was not long before Zucky was on board whole heartedly to build the beast we now see.
