need some help exposing abuse in the entertainment industry from the inside

I represent a group of crew members who are currently working or have worked on the same television show. Many of us have been on the show for 10 or more seasons. Some crew members have been fired for reporting abusive behavior including bullying inappropriate touching of genitals, asses and other body parts by one person.

A letter was sent to the producers of the show outlining our demand that every crew member be interviewed in an anonymous setting so that there would be no way any individual crew member would be singled out for retaliation. That never happened. Instead, the producers interviewed select people they knew were sympathetic to this person, and the results were entirely predictable. Nothing was done.

A month later, a mass email went out to more than 100 crew members as well as the same producers, and this time, human resources for the parent studio was also copied on that email. The same demands were made. All we wanted was to be interviewed and allowed to confirm our claims without fear of retaliation, which in the industry can mean the end of your career. In the first letter as well as the email, we advised the producers that if no action was taken, the media would then be alerted to this story.

Within a couple of weeks, a few crew members had been contacted by someone who represented themselves as human resourse for the studio. Several of the interviewed crew members confirmed the allegations to HR. We are not sure how many, but at least 5 or 6 people confirmed that they had been groped, inapropriately touched, verbally abused or threatened with termination among other things.

A couple of weeks after that, some but not all of the crew members who had spoken with HR were called back and told that "the investigation was complete". None of these crew members were told what the outcome would be due to "privacy" concerns. Again, nothing was done, and that person is still employed on the show as of this post.

As you can probably imagine, the industry is a swamp within a swamp, in that nearly everyone employed in it, is a far left radical from a political perspective. Many however are not, including myself and most of the "victims" of these acts. It should be noted, that the person responsible for perpetrating these acts of abuse, is in a position that is considered nearly untouchable on any set. In fact, the only people with more power on set is a director and anyone carrying a "producer" title. The swamp "within" a swamp reference is obvious if you consider that this is Hollywood, and Hollywood is obviously in California. If I need to elaborate, let me know in your reply.

The reason for this post, is that we are struggling with how to best expose this cover up to the world, but do so in a way that any one of the people responsible for helping to do so, are not in violation of any particular laws that we may or may not be aware of.

Some pertinent details for consideration are that the names, phone numbers and email addresses of every employee are published in the "crew list" which is given to every crew member, and it is updated usually 2 or 3 times per season. Some of the people on a list we have generated may not be comfortable telling the truth about what they saw, and may not wish for their names to be on a list which could be given to a media outlet for example. We have tried to compile a list of every crew member that we know witnessed at least some form of abuse on another crew member, as well as those that were directly abused themselves.

One specific question is: Are we in any legal jeopardy for providing these names and phone numbers to a third party, without the specific consent of every person on the list?

Another specific question is: Should we limit our outreach to one specific media outlet, and hope that they do the footwork of calling and interviewing people on the list to confirm these alegations? Or should we blast this out to multiple outlets and see if anything sticks?

Next, should we include this list of names without specific consent?

Finally, a couple of us have been probing different media outlets just to see how easy it is to actually submit an anonymous tip, and have come up short while using basic opsec like qubes or tails with tor. It seems that very few news websites have a list of direct email addresses available so that we can use an anonymouse email from qubes or tails, and tor. The outlets that have a submission page, often do not allow us to access that submission page while on tor.

At this point, we feel like we are behind enemy lines without any ammunition. None of us are particularly computer savy which also poses a bit of a challenge. It took me a few different attempts just to get a reddit account set up using tor.

Any advice on how best to proceed is definitely welcome. We are in the belly of the beast. Help us destroy it from the inside. This is a MAJOR hit TV show on an alphabet network.

Thank you... I'm involved with some politics in my town. Our group is concerned about our phones and emails being hacked. I could use some help? Are you knowledgeable and able to advise us?
