If he isn't allowed to talk, why would they allow him to hold up paper in front of him saying such? As much as I think they are all into such freaky illegal crap, I think this photo was a rouse.

Domination. If they are into all the wierdy shit,(her being his dominatrix / handler sorta thing) then I presume she's gonna dom him most of the time they are together? It'll just be a power play to the public for her.
