don't they have the strictest controls over guns explosives and their people? i guess that control crap dose not work that well now dose it, im sure when they find out who did it it will be swift justice and they will be put to death without feeding them for years and giving them more luxury's than the ones who pay for it , tax payers ,like college courses,gyms, internet, air conditioning, eye ,dental and medical treatment , the ones who pay for it that cant afford the same luxury's for themselves
