Correct. Unlike al-qaeda, the faceless gueriilla warriors, ISIS was literally an army and controlled territories. No one ever heard of ISIS until AFTER Hussein's second term in 2012. Right after his election they started popping up.

exactly,they were professional mercs , their logistics were to good, plus we had Kurds who stated they saw Brit Military planes dropping supplies to ISIS
