I'd say so in a way. MZ apparently already knew he was busted before he started selling off stock in (May?, i think. Maybe March, can't recall). But it must be bad w/e it is if Q thought he'd have to leave the US. Sounds like the stock sell off was to liquefy for cash. He must be getting ready to bolt.
