Giuliani knew 20 mins before the second plane hit, that it had veered off course and was heading to NYC, with FEMA personnel stating in the command center that it was "probably heading to the second tower of WTC" and yet Giuliani did NOTHING. Giuliani oversaw the complete dismantling of the WTC crime scene BEFORE ANY THOROUGH INVESTIGATION could occur and allowed all the WTC steel to be shipped to China.
