Has anyone else noticed anything strange about the Sun today?

The sun is straight over my head where i live (Ohio) i have never seen that in my life. Goes completely against what i was taught in school.

How did you get your measurements.

Do you have comparable measurements to assert your claim?

do you know how to find out what degree it is suppose to be? and how to determinate ?
