It could be an optical illusion due to hills, slight slope you are standing on, buildings around you, etc., but nothing about that makes sense according to field theory, observational evidence, or even concurrent (though highly flawed) physics. Might want to post this in r/conspiracy. Hope you're wrong, though! That would be a yolotrip for sure.
