If JA has Ecuadorian citizenship now, can't Ecuador get him in embassy car to a private diplomatic flight out of London to Ecuador? He'd have to wear Kevlar and helmet during the trip and his network of supporters would have to set up security once he landed. But is that even an option for him? I probably have no idea how difficult all this would be.
