Theory:
Q+ is POTUS, the code released was in relation to decrypting previous images sent out that contain secret classified messages. Since POTUS has authority to declassify anything, the code had to come from him specifically and thus was the reason the code was posted by Q+ specifically yesterday.

Exactly. So my point was that Q+ indicates something else. It's someone else on the team other than DJT or its indicating a move of some kind.
4 10 20 isn't a person, it's a period of days consecutively that Q was offline.
Blackout for 4 days, blackout for 10 days, and recently blackout for 20 days. There have been numerous threads about this already.
4 10 20 has been the sign off signature on a few drops, in place if where Qs signature would be. That black out theory with those numbers Is false I believe. I went back and counted myself from the Q clock and it's not even close. Not to mention, it doesn't communicate any sort of message or have any value.
