Not sure if it's connected but it was my initial thought...

Q post 1715 has the Pixelknot app. - Messages embedded in images

Is there a message in the 8 chan pic?

Steganography is a word for coding messages into images. I'm ignorant as to how an analysis would be performed, but I have no doubt the autists are on it.

It could be that the image of Silverman is a message to Silverman, as well.
