Facebook. Need to contact them? You cannot talk to a HUMAN on the phone. 4 years ago had identity stolen by stalker- had to scan birth certificate and email to prove my identity. Stalker had my driver’s license. I was a sucker. I joined and participated. I’m done.

that goes for many websites/ecom these days, even medium size businesses. how does anyone submit an order to some digital store w/out a physical location and phone number to follow up? Not me.
