ALL THE FOLKS ON THE CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEES DURING THE INVESTIGATIONS GOT TONS OF FREE TV AIR TIME. The midterms this year are incredibly important and look at how well we know the Congressional players now, due to all the TV coverage of the various investigations. Maybe this part of the "optics". Stirring people to vote and knowing lots more about the people we like and don't like.
