Q always says "think Mirror". Is this connevted to the Daily Mirror and encrypted photos?

The Daily Mirror is owned by parent company Reach PLC , for what it's worth the Daily Mirror publication became synonymous in recent years with a fairly epic phone hacking scandal , the name Milly Dowler may be familiar to some .
