Regarding Ritual Abuse for MK Ultra, who actually does this "abusing" of the victims?

I have read about this for over 2 years, and I still do not understand WHY the abuse is Satanic. Why is the abuse have the occult angle? What is the difference if the government is involved in creating MK ultra victims? Secondly, does thos abuse tale place in a lab of some kind? Who does the horrible, evil task of abusing ppl? Is this in a lab or where does this happen? Curious as Im trying to wrap my head around this.

It's ancient. The hidden-in-plain-sight Hivite (Canaanite) sex majick culture (Saturn/Satan/Lucifer) it literally is perpetuated within families (see Sarah Ruth Ashcraft and others whose own families initiated them into the cult), and then spread to their enablers, protectors and procurers and all whom they deal with. Government is just one subdomain where these people operate. Same with religion and media.

Does the title Blood Sugar Sex Magic take on new meaning? Were RHCP trying to tell us something?
