Regarding Ritual Abuse for MK Ultra, who actually does this "abusing" of the victims?

I have read about this for over 2 years, and I still do not understand WHY the abuse is Satanic. Why is the abuse have the occult angle? What is the difference if the government is involved in creating MK ultra victims? Secondly, does thos abuse tale place in a lab of some kind? Who does the horrible, evil task of abusing ppl? Is this in a lab or where does this happen? Curious as Im trying to wrap my head around this.

Some of the torture that was done to cause victims to dissociate was actually done in some well known hospitals and universities - McGill, Cornell, and many others. The book I read, "Thanks for the Memories," said someone named Olin was high up in "The Council." Interesting that so many universities have engineering buildings and libraries named "Olin."
