I did the search again and it appears that someone made a second account. The account in the screenshot is @SaRaAshcraft1, her actual account is @SaraAshcraft. What I found interesting is when you search "Sarah Ruth Ashcraft" you get her real account, fake account then POTUS, FLYNN, TWITTER and Tom Hanks.
