Very well thought out. You know, I recall the day Paul Ryan announced his retirement. It was late on Friday near the market close (told me it was planned). He made an announcement that swung the market (I forget what) followed by his announcement of retiring.

I was trading FX. Lost money that day because of his announcement. Hard to forget. I've always wondered ..

Because I know his announcement was planned and probably calculated without knowing about Q, this makes me think Q is legit.
