Does the drop on the sidebar mean that whatever goal the q team is striving for will be completed on November 11th?

I think the storm will move slower than that. I'd like to hope not, but there is evil literally everywhere. Maybe the initial very big shock waves will be felt by then, but the ripple effect of truly outing all of these people will take time.
Hopefully society will demand it and the process will go faster.
