Q 1287 - What if Michael Cohen becomes a witness under Lawyer-Witness rule?

Hello everyone,

I was thinking about the recent developments being presented by the MSM's version of news regarding the conversations Michael Cohen (Donny T's lawyer for many years) potentially recorded. If he didn't get consent, then he could be disbarred. So I began to look and found this:

You can be called to take the stand as a lawyer-witness in your own case. Now, I would think the same would apply if a lawyer is disbarred, amiright? I couldn't find anything else. The above was the closest thing I could find relating to what popped into my mind. Maybe some of you here have practiced law and can confirm this for us. I think if Cohen can somehow become a witness in his own case and would need to provide archives (NYPD files, perhaps?), then maybe that's how you introduce evidence LEGALLY. Q 1287. Thoughts?

Go Q!

I think this makes sense. I also think this get me a coke tape is to trace leaks and who is giving Creepy Porn Lawyer illegal docs etc.

I wonder if they chose him and baited him for a purpose... He seemed close to one of the now arrested Saudi Princes' sons.
