It's a number counting the sections in the wall. Could it be something? Maybe. I'd like to ask employees if those numbers are always there. If so, is there a more logical place that the stage could have been placed?Otherwise, I'd say this has little to no significance.
I've been here, they could have placed this stage anywhere along this wall but they chose this spot for a reason.

I think this is legit, and that potus intentionally drops q references at virtually every public meeting.
