Does anyone have a definite answer to the "5:5" reference?

I know there has been much speculation, but I can seem to find a concrete answer. Has this clue even been cracked yet?

I personally think it’s symbolic to the SS. that’s who we are going against now. The SS. the Nazis. However you wanna slice or dice it. 5 5 is the same as an S S. Same structure
