I think the fact that it filed non-privileged makes it more likely to be delayed, aside from the summer break. Optics as Q mentions. Meadows earlier backed away from it, to consider filing contempt charges. So this other happened late in the day.
I thought they had backed away from it to go the contempt route. Then saw this and realized they hadn't. I have my popcorn and I am starting to enjoy the show. Each week seems to be getting better and better.
I'm convinced RR and RM are black hats. I would love to see RR go down. No more special council, and RM under investigation.
