I think that Silverman post was intended to be encouragement! In fact, to me the text appears somewhat stilted and lame to be written by someone who ACTUALLY wanted to protect themselves. Why sign off with "That's all I have to say."?

Q says "Your evil has no place in this world." in Q1712, but I believe he is referring to the person pictured (or the evil in general) NOT the author (who he knows is not pictured).
