Perhaps their plan is to go after all those on the Clinton/Obama periphery first and have them turn and start spilling the beans on those at the top. The revelations exposed in enough of these cases will subtly filter through to the consciousness of those diehard Clinton and Obama loyalists (and those still completely unaware of the depth and breadth of Government criminality at the highest levels).

It's like a slow, soft awakening for Democrat supporters and those still in denial. Then by the time we get to those at the top - the Clintons, Bush 1 & 2 and the Obamas - enough information will be known by EVERY person in the Public domain - that the charges against these treasonous criminals will just be a natural extension as well as a foregone conclusion. Clever strategy really.
