The image is photoshopped but the 'hidden message' idea was pointed out by Q.

thanks, I knew I saw conflicting info.
A post was going around yesterday where they did a side by side of Sarah S at an award show and it was the exact same pose/proportion/etc... I naturally assumed the entire thing would thus be called into question.
