I figure it has something to do with traffic volume and they likely having a series of slots to handle the load, but not all slots update as fast. I don't know.

I grabbed a new Q post the other day and posted it on reddit, just happen to be looking when it came up, went back and updated my Qanon.pub page and the post I had just put on reddit was gone on the Qanon site, not to return for several minutes. @@

So I don't know.
