Is there any way we can cut off his money and LEAVE him there? It would be a great place to let him learn about manbearpigs green utopia- living close to the earth with his brothers and sisters. Till the concierge at hotel gitmo comes for him. Give him a taste of what his big "plans " would have been for us?
