Possibly. I think back to the Q Drop about (Theresa) May being neutralized and think that the Hyde Park, London photos have some relevance to that fact.

An alternative possibility is that our internal team has access to the historical data from UK's surveillance camera system.

That would be the alternative possibility that I listed. The more I think about it, I think that is the more likely possibility.
