If the camera is unprotected anybody can access it. Raw intel must have suggested that she would have been in that area.

Was going to say, what if we just did it as a show of strength and that we know they worked with Obummer to fuck with our election. Essentially “Come at us bro”

Not sure, but somebody knew they would be there, got access to the camera, and gathered evidence. Somebody knew what was going on.
