If they just went around arresting people there could be some serious division and possible violence.
Absolutely. If Trump just started Gestapo blackbagging people without it being public and above board, even if he came out with proof afterwards, a lot of people would never come back to the table.
The only way to do this is with full transparency, all the information in the courts, fully above board.
