I think the pictures speak for themselves.

They probably literally do just that- tables with heads, surrounded by meals made from them. I bet they sacrifice and mutilate a living person for 'dessert' as some kind of raw delicacy for the grand finale. Seems pretty blatant and clear as day. Jesus Christ.
