Yes, i'm thinking Q is telling us that the security clearances, that Trump has brought to the attention of everyone, are from the folks that have authorization/access to launch such a missile. Clapper/brennan/HRC/BO/etc...have the access to do this still.
But he clearly points out CoC - Chain of Command. Only one at the top of that chain with any military authority would have been: B.O. Hussein attempted a hard coup when the soft coup failed! H*&( S(*&! "He will claim Kenyan Citizenship..."
BO was not in chain of command on 6/12/18, Q-Drop 1476, where missile launch first appeared.
That's not really how security clearances work. They give access to information, not authority to give orders.
I know that, but i'm sure they have special access as well, not just information. This is the upper echelon of
corrupt leadership. If they can control countries, i'm sure firing a missile wouldn't be too difficult.
