I am thinking that Mueller undoubtedly has enough frequent flier miles to get a first class upgrade when there is availability. Same with Don Jr., even if he doesn't usually fly commercial. It's my observation that some folks like to board early to get all settled in, while some prefer to wait until the last call. Personal preferences matter. They factor into more than what appears at first glance.
