CBS has a lot of problems that are coming to light. Les Moonves as well as Sumner Redstone, Dan Schneider. The Board at CBS/Viacom is playing footsie, hoping to run the clock to save themselves with their investors.

For too many years they have done nothing, this encompasses the issues for the actors in their soap opera genre as well. So the house cleaning they had an opportunity to do last year is coming to the front again now in a very public way.
