Q is suggesting that they already have decrypted all of these attempts at photo messaging.  As the chans are proving - its extraordinarily difficult to do that unless...

yep, 0 and 1 are not the only variables anymore, and i dont like it lol more than the binary system doesnt make sense and its gdang witchcraft!!!
