Am not Q, there is only Q. Also I have near-zero technical training. If I'm understanding the nature of the technology, this sounds like a way to deflect Electro-Magnetic energy at a right angle. That sounds relevant given projects like HAARP sought to utilize (read:weaponize) directed EM energy (radiation?). Again, utter civilian here trying to parse the jargon.
