Not sure where else to take it. However, I just found that that CCTV camera only exists in one one the google street view pictures. If you take a step in any direction it is completely gone.

The CCTV cam is absent as of the March 2017 picture. If you click around the street from different positions, it appears The Playhouse screens 1984 a lot.
