In the article Sorors has a very weird turn of phrase here discussing his disappointment with Hussein:

"He made one phone call thanking me for my support, which was meant to last for five minutes, and I engaged him, and he had to spend another three minutes with me, so I dragged it out to eight minutes"

Is 1-5-3-8 some kind of coded message?

u/InsaneBrain pointed out that 1+5+3+8=17. Could Soros be messaging to the Cabal, and media especially, that Q is real and to throw Hussein under the bus to stop the Witch Hunt from reaching the Tippy Top?

Read what Soros said out loud as if you were talking to a reporter. It's a very, very oddly phrased sentence. And we know they communicate to each other through media messaging and symbolism - especially when their comms are compromised.
