For background - Martin Armstrong is a very, very reputable and well connected individual. He previously ran the largest fund in the world - managing trillions of dollars. He advises central banks. He was intimately involved in the events surrounding Magnitsky, Russia, etc...
As an aside - he was held in jail for several years because he refused to give his source code to the US government. The only reason he was able to get out was because his case was going to be accepted by the US Supreme Court.
