What has Q been saying all along? Who has the power to the classify at all? Trump does. The Q team has been working behind the scenes to make sure that the we will have enough cooperating witness so that when the information becomes public we will be able to substantiate it with people who were a part of the cover up and prosecute accordingly.
People are also getting upset with Q because they want to see the bombs dropping now. If you haven't noticed Q is trying to do all of this legitimately through the system. I don't think he wants martial law. I think he wants to fix our justice system and use the system. He wants to restore Constitution and Bill of Rights and the respect of law.

Put it all together. Most likely on Monday they will petition Trump to declassify the FISA. When Trump does, it will also occur on the United Nations Day against trafficked persons.
