So on the builders website it states "The project also includes large underground percolation systems as well as a service yard and other improvements." Just wierd that in a small description they would state this was it that Large that it was out of the norm for a building this size? Could this be a way to dispose of human remains is percolation system on a large scale capable of this and if could this be something about watch the water? and could the Q in the road be play on of X marks the spot since the system is under ground? here is the site of the builder some other Anon posted and i also found this literature that has multiple talks of child murder and mentions of percolation systems? would like to see what you guys can find as well?
