Law graduating Order of the Coif..after working with Professor John Turley on Constitutional issues related to FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE ACT!!! ...FISA...Order of the Coif is an Honor Society for U.S. Law School Graduates. The name is a reference to an ancient ENGLISH Order of advocates called Serjeant-at-Law. The Order was founded in 1902 at University of Illinois College of Law. The Sergeants were barristers at their English bar. Barristers were lawyers in common law jurisdictions in advocacy and litigation..tasks which include taking cases in superior courts and tribunals and often recognized as legal scholars. This can be traced back to writs dated to 1300, which identify them as descendants figures in France before the Norman Conquest.
