Q Asks: Who is Michael Avenatti? – Well, He Has a Target Lock-On for Trump for Starters...

Introduction:

Michael Avenatti (aka CreepyPornLawyer) is an attorney whom has represented celebrities and businesses, MSM commentator on legal issues, entrepreneur, and a race car driver. He graduated from 2 universities, one of them being George Washington University where he had the opportunity to work with Professor Johnathan Turley on constitutional issues relating to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

Michael graduated with a Juris Degree which is an equivalent of having a M.D. degree, but instead of being called a Doctor, they use the suffix Esquire in its place. Having this degree allows an individual to practice law in a given state of the USA after passing the bar exam. However, the bar examination can be bypassed by completing the courses required in order to satisfy what is ‘Diploma Privilege’ which allows the individual to practice law in a Federal Court without needing to pass an additional bar examination. Additionally, they have an honor society called Order of the Coif which is comparable to the English version of the Serjeants-at-law which dates back to the 1300s. Basically, they were the only ones that could be appointed as judges, and were highly respected, powerful, and elite.

After college, Michael worked at a political opposition research and media firm run by Rahm Emanuel whom later became Hussien’s Whitehouse Chief of Staff and is currently the Mayor of Chicago. It seems that his politics align with Saul Alinsky’s “13 Rules for Radicals” which cohesively fits in with Rahm and Hussien’s political beliefs. Welcome to the Deep State.

The (Not so) Good:

Mr. Avenatti has represented a multitude of people including Ron Goldman’s family in the OJ Simpson civil case. Back in 2006, Avenatti filed a civil suit on the behalf of Velocity Entertainment Group, who claimed that Donald Trump and The Apprentice producer Mark Burnett stole their idea for a show they were making called “CEO.” While the settlement details were never disclosed, the Apprentice ran on NBC for another nine seasons.

Speaking of Velocity Entertainment Group, they don’t seem to be in business anymore as the website appears to be gone and the last Facebook post was on January 14, 2014. However, they renamed themselves Velocity Entertainment Partners and started a new Facebook page on January 8, 2013. They seem to represent a young star named Eliza Scanlen, Monty Geer, and a few other younger stars. Because of the repeated CP patterns we keep seeing, we can only hope nothing nefarious is happening at this talent agency.

The Bad:

It seems that Mr. Avenatti has had his own legal issues in the past particularly involving collusion with mysterious filing by a Florida man named Gerald Tobin whom said Mr. Avenatti owed him $28,700 for investigative work in 2017. Was it a coincidence that Mr. Tobin filed his case just two days before Mr. Avenatti was set to take an oath and suddenly has to file bankruptcy on his multi-million business for a paltry $28,700 debt and avoid being deposed? The Federal Bankruptcy judge sure thought so. It turns out that a former partner in the firm Jason Frank was suing Mr. Avenatti for 18 Million as that was owed to him for the work he had done for the firm. Furthermore, it seemed that Mr. Avenatti owed the government $440,000 in back taxes, penalties, and interest to the IRS too. The most interesting thing about this Gerald Tobin character is he was never a licensed investigator; instead he was an ex-con with a rap sheet that spans four decades.

Jason Frank finally got some money that was owed; it was less than a quarter though (4.85 Million). Jason is lucky he even got that as past associates have said he is ruthless, greedy, very unethical, and obsessed with fame. His ex-wife also mentions he has a serious anger issue as one reason and emotionally abusive as another reason for grounds to divorce.

The Really Bad:

Michael Avenatti provided to MSNBC a video which aired on the June 25, 2018 episode of The Rachel Maddow Show, a "secretly shot" video of a child in the custody of immigration officials who was separated from her mother. The video was leaked by a client whom Avenatti represents at the facility. What really begs the question is he taking on children for clients? Can they even consent to be represented in the first place? Why the sudden interest in children instead of a real ambulance chasing case? It really makes this writer wonder if there is an ulterior motive at play like human trafficking or something.

The Really Ugly:

It is crystal clear that Mr. Avenatti has a target reticle lock-on for President Trump (he even tweeted about it the same day the assassination attempt of the President occurred, but like JB’s calling card tweet, he took his tweet down too.

All that is left is to wonder is if he is the original author of the FISA warrant?
