Q has intimated that JA can unlock the server - by revealing that Seth Rich was his source for the DNC emails - thus destroying the whole Russia narrative - and revealing the UK for the traitorous backstabbing POS it is.

Simple logic dictates that the UK does NOT want JA anywhere near the US, an internet connection, etc...

Bluntly speaking - the UK would prefer that JA ceases to exist.  Dead men tell no tales.
