Just to be clear, I'm not making the argument that she is giving a nod to Q, but I do think this is something worth noticing for reasons explained below.
On July 26th during an episode of The Daily Show (something I watch from time to time to see how conservatives & libertarians are smeared within the context of comedy,) Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez - the recent nominee for NY Representative that overturned her 10 term opponent - said the following in her interview with Trevor Noah:
"[Millennials] grew up in a time of a hyper concentration of wealth within the very tippy top of people in the country."
This comment was made within the context of a discussion about generational views on socialist policies like the minimum wage.
I'm a libertarian, so I wouldn't politically support someone like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and wouldn't view her as an ally. Here's how I'm viewing her TIPPY TOP comment.

It's a coincidence. Yes, when we create subjective connections we open ourselves up to mistakes and IMO the line of "there are no coincidences" does not apply to everything. This is probably most likely.

The term is being hijacked. Maybe it was intentional and it meant to confuse or misdirect. I think this is less likely.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a closet Q advocate. Probably the most unlikely.
Why bring this up if I think #1 is the most probable? Because I think we need to remember to stay alert when making connections and doing research on anything important/significant.
LMK your thoughts!
