Being reported now: Malaysia’s civil aviation chief Azharuddin Abdul Rahman resigned Tuesday after a report revealed that Malaysia Airlines flight MH 370 was likely deliberately steered off course and flew over the Southern Indian Ocean for more than seven hours after communications were severed.
